Safaricom have finally updated their data bundle plans to include free WhatsApp in a move aimed at ensuring they maintain their lead in the Kenyan telecommunications sector.
The bundles have also been revamped to include new options and pricing with some data plans made more affordable and enticing. For example, you can now get Daily 500 MBS for just Ksh.99, an option which was absent in the previous bundle plans. Also, instead of spending Ksh.1000 for the monthly 2 GB data, you can now get the same for half the price. (Ksh.500).
